Contributions

Contributors to the Clint Foundation have a unique opportunity to maximize their contribution to education. In almost all cases, the participating colleges match the Clint Foundation's contribution three-to-one. These funds are then matched with the work effort of the students, doubling the Foundation's contribution with everything going toward education. Since the colleges and the trustees provide administrative expenses, all funds are net dollars and are not diminished by operating expenses.

A diverse group of organizations and individuals have contributed, including major corporations such as Merrill Lynch, Soloman Smith Barney, Franklin Templeton Funds and Aubrey McClendon of American Energy Partners. Contributors recognize the benefit received by students working for their own education. This promotes self-confidence and pride that adds to the student's growth and maturity while in college.
